Ingredients
- I cup of mixed frozen berries
- 1 cup of coconut water or water
- 1 medium frozen banana
- A squirt of honey for desired sweetness (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients into blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
- Pour into your favourite bowl and top with granola, more berries or a sliced banana.
