Berry Bowl

This is my take on a Brazilian açai breakfast bowl. I often have this in the evening for desert or as a refreshing snack on a hot day.

Makes: 2 bowls /  Total time: 5 minutes /  Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • I cup of mixed frozen berries
  • 1 cup of coconut water or water
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • A squirt of honey for desired sweetness (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into your favourite bowl and top with granola, more berries or a sliced banana.
