Neuromuscular and sports massage therapy in Tauranga helps you resolve pain, prevent injury and maximise your performance
Mobility is an essential component in maintaining good muscle and joint health. In this series we go through some key mobility exercises that will highlight areas of restrictions in your body that maybe linked to an injury or suboptimal performance.
This session will include some great mobility work through out the body as well as my favourite quad/hip flexor stretch.
This routine will focus on ankle, knee and hip mobility, and is a great one to do in the evening when watching tv.
This session will introduce some foam rolling techniques for the legs with a quick upper back stretch to finish. Foam rolling is a great tool to help relieve tension in the body and to highlight any hot spots.
Your session today is focused around improving mobility in the upper back, chest and arms.
This session focuses on our lower legs and feet. You will need a foam roller and a tennis ball. Start off slowly on the sitting postures, listen to the body and go at your own pace.
This video will cover a great isolated shoulder release, a whole body spinal/hip mobility posture as well as an isolated glute release.
