The Movement Project offers live classes that have a strong influence of Yoga and Pilates style exercises. These exercises have featured extensively in my clinical practice over the past 12 years to help people move well and to reduce their injury risk. Each posture and exercise focuses on good form and breathing mechanics to enhance core stability, improve strength and achieve optimal mobility.
Whether you are training for a specific sporting event or simply want to focus on building a strong healthy body, then these classes are ideal.
