The following routines will give you a starting point and will introduce some basic concepts about movement and core stability. Work though each session slowly, making the breath the primary focus.
The Sun Salutation routine is an excellent sequence of moves that challenges key movement patterns of the body.
This is a quick session when you are short of time but need something to set you up for the day.
This session will include some great mobility work through out the body as well as my favourite quad/hip flexor stretch.
This routine will focus on ankle, knee and hip mobility, and is a great one to do in the evening when watching tv.
This is a quick 15 minute workout if you are short of time and need to put the body through the motions.
This session explores the key archetypal postures. These postures are great to do in the evening whilst watching TV and acts as a great assessment tool to find restriction and imbalances in the body.
