Level 2

The following routines will take you a step further than program 1. It introduces some longer sessions and a few more challenging postures.  Listen to the body and work through the routines slowly. 

MINI MOVEMENT 3

This session is a 25 minute routine that will get the body warmed up for the day.  It will challenge mobility, stability and strength whilst maintaining good breathing mechanics.

MOVEMENT 1

Todays session will challenge shoulder strength and stability as well as building balance in the hips and legs.

MINI CORE 4
This is a quick and effective routine to help reset your back and hip postural muscles. Slide this into your day when you are short of time.
MOBILITY 3

This session will introduce some foam rolling techniques for the legs with a quick upper back stretch to finish. Foam rolling is a great tool for help relieve tension in the body and to highlight any hot spots.

MOVEMENT 8

Your session today will be less intense and more flowing. 

CORE 3
Todays session has a strong focus on hip strength and stability.
