Program 1

The following routines and recipes will give you a nice balance of health and fitness. Im a big believer that food plays a vital role in performance, and that we cant have one without the other.  Follow this program over the week to target key areas on the body and to support your training with good nutrition.   

MOVEMENT 8

Your session today will be less intense and more flowing. Drop to the knees between transitions if needed. 

CORE 4

Todays session will focus a lot on building strength and stability in the plank with some dynamic movement added into the equation. Work slowly through the transitions from the plank to the side plank.

MOVEMENT 12

This session is all about the flow. Move smoothly between postures and maintain control, balance and good breathing form.

GREEN SMOOTHIE

This smoothie gets a good serving of your leafy greens into your diet.  Add an extra banana to make it sweeter if needed, and add some ice for an extra refreshing experience.

BLACK BEAN BURGER

A quick and easy recipe to replace your meat patties. Mash the beans up or leave them chunky. Add your favourite spices and relish to suit your own taste buds. Experiment with the flavours to refine your perfect black bean burger. Keep it rustic and have fun:)

PLANT BASED BOLOGNESE

A great basic plant based bolognese sauce. Feel free to customise it to your taste by adding more spice, red wine, olives or capers.
