Training Series

Whether you’re training for general fitness, your first half marathon, or tackling the challenge of an Ironman triathlon, the journey can feel overwhelming. This resource is here to support you every step of the way. The Training Series offers a variety of structured programs and proven principles to guide your progress and help you reach your goals. If you’re just getting started, begin with the Level 1 Routine and build from there at your own pace

Level 1
ROUTINE

Foundations of Movement & Core Stability

This program is designed to help you get started by introducing key principles of movement and core control. Each session builds awareness and connection, with a strong focus on breath as the foundation. Move slowly and mindfully, allowing your breath to guide your pace and support each movement.

Level 2
ROUTINE

Progressing Strength & Stability

Building on the foundations of Level 1, this program takes you to the next stage of strength and control. Each session is slightly longer and introduces greater challenges in balance, endurance, and postural strength. Move with focus, stay connected to your breath, and enjoy the process of progressing your practice.

level 3
ROUTINE

Advanced Strength & Control

This program is designed to challenge you and should be approached once you’re confident with the techniques covered in the Strength Series tutorials. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each session, listen to your body, and push your limits—while staying controlled and mindful in every movement.

Shoulder Stability & Strength
The shoulder joint is naturally mobile but lacks inherent stability, making it highly dependent on muscular support for safe and effective movement. This sequence of routines is designed to retrain shoulder mechanics, enhance mobility, and build the strength and stability needed to support healthy, functional movement patterns.

HIP & LEG STABILITY
ROUTINE

Hip Function & Lower Body Alignment
The hips are central to proper alignment of the legs, knees, and ankles, while also providing a strong, stable base for the spine. The following routines are designed to uncover any imbalances and help strengthen and stabilise the muscles that support these critical areas—improving both movement quality and overall performance.

ABDOMINAL STABILITY
ROUTINE

Core Stability & Functional Strength
The abdominal muscles play a key role in stabilising the ribs over the pelvis, supporting the lower back, and providing a solid foundation for the hips to generate force. A strong, engaged core enhances balance, protects the spine, and improves overall movement—whether you’re training or going about daily life.

ROTATIONAL STABILITY
ROUTINE

Rotational Strength & Resilience
Rotation is often the missing link in a balanced training program. Strengthening this movement pattern is key to improving overall performance and reducing the risk of injury. These routines are designed to help you build control, stability, and power through rotational movements—enhancing both athletic ability and everyday function.

Balanced Strength & Nutrition
This program offers a well-rounded blend of three focused routines and three nourishing recipes—designed to build strength, stability, and support your body with quality nutrition. It’s a simple yet effective way to bring structure to your week. Start today and give your training the foundation it deserves.

Wellness Through Movement & Nutrition
This program combines a balanced mix of movement, core, and strength routines with three nourishing recipes to support your training and recovery. It’s designed to help you build a resilient body while fuelling it with the nutrition it needs to perform at its best.
