The Movement Project offers live classes that have a strong influence of Yoga and Pilates style exercises.\u00a0 These exercises have featured extensively in my clinical practice over the past 12 years to help people move well and to reduce their injury risk.\u00a0 Each posture and exercise focuses on good form and breathing mechanics to enhance core stability, improve strength and achieve optimal mobility. \u00a0<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
