Zone 1<\/strong><\/td>EASY <\/strong>
Blood is circulating with no stress to the body.  You could maintain this pace all day long. <\/td><\/tr>
Zone 2<\/strong><\/td>SMOOTH <\/strong>
 <\/strong>An endurance pace that can be sustained for extended periods of time with no accumulation of fatigue and no muscle soreness the following day. <\/td><\/tr>
Zone 3<\/strong><\/td>STRONG  <\/strong>
A pace that is sustainable for an extended period with strong focus.  Breathing rate has raised but you are not breathless.  <\/td><\/tr>
Zone 4<\/strong><\/td>VERY STRONG  <\/strong>
A pace that can be sustained for a set duration but is uncomfortable and requires very strong focus to maintain form.  <\/td><\/tr>
Zone 5<\/strong><\/td>HARD  <\/strong>
