Ingredients<\/h1>\n

1 cup of white flour<\/li>\n
1 cup of milk (can be soy or almond milk)<\/li>\n
1 tsp Baking powder<\/li>\n
1\/2 tsp Baking soda<\/li>\n
1 tbsp sugur<\/li>\n
1\/2 tsp Salt<\/li>\n
1\/2 cup of sourdough starter<\/li>\n
1 small egg (can leave out)<\/li>\n
1 tbsp Vegetable oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Directions<\/h1>\n\n
Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.<\/li>\n
Grease frying pan with butter or preferred oil.<\/li>\n
Pour a 1\/4 cup of mixture into a medium\/high heat frying pan.<\/li>\n
After about 2 minutes and when the top starts to bubble then flip over and cook for a further 1-2 minutes<\/li>\n
Serve with berries, yogurt and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.<\/li>\n
