Ingredients<\/h1>\n

  • I cup of mixed frozen berries<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup of coconut water or water<\/li>\n
  • 1 medium frozen banana<\/li>\n
  • A squirt of honey for desired sweetness (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Directions<\/h1>\n

    1. Place all ingredients into blender.<\/li>\n
    2. Blend for 30 seconds.<\/li>\n
