  • I cup of mixed frozen berries<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup of coconut water or water<\/li>\n
  • 1 medium frozen banana<\/li>\n
  • A squirt of honey for desired sweetness (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
